Leading by example and striving for suc cess you will be a strategic thinker, a motivational manager and happy to push limits and break down barriers in order to provide much needed sexual health services to the women and men of the local population. As an effective communicator you will be building relationships with governments and donors to help them identify with our vision. Your key measures will be around implementing and expanding your programme, as well as maximising on impact and striving to achieve self-sufficiency.
Working in a management role at MSI requires you to be passionate about our goal of preventing unwanted births and you will be happy to promote, comply with and live the MSI core values. We do not require you to have a background in family planning or to join us from international development (although this is highly desirable) but you will have cross cultural experience as well as a proven track-record of delivering results in business, leading and inspiring a variety of different departments and a well rounded experience of achieving financial and non-financial targets coupled with an inspirational and entrepreneurial mindset and tenacious attitude.
