Job Description : Effectively manage and direct all branch business with the objective of achieving annual targets. Responsible for the overall profitability of the branch Maintain highest standard of quality customer care. Ensure minimization of risks in the branch and that systems are in place to eliminate risks across all areas of the branch operations. Ensure the branch implements and monitors compliance regarding money laundering prevention within procedures and controls that aligns with the bank's policy and BOT regulation. Create ownership to agreed strategies and business goals, mobilize and motivate staff to achieve these common goals. Promote harmonious working relationship between staff at all levels in the branch. Participate in introducing new products & services and pricing appropriately based on market trends.
