Position Description:

Job Details:
The incumbent will lead the Process Operations Team to ensure agreed targets are achieved within corporate safety and environmental guidelines as well as set targets for Mill availability, throughput and recovery. Furthermore, the appointee will manage operating and maintenance costs and capital expenditure, ensure high-quality metal recovery activities, metallurgical performance and optimize the Company's financial status.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree or Higher Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy and intricate knowledge of ICMC.
• This must be supported by a minimum of twenty years' experience at a managerial level and a minimum of ten years' experience in gold processing.
