Kilombero Sugar Company, the largest producer of sugar in the country, is looking for a qualified, ambitious and energetic candidate to fill the position of Mechanical Engineer Trainee in the Agriculture Department.
The incumbent will have to undergo on the job training of six months which is designed to equip him/her with the required practical technical skills, managerial competencies that will help to efficiently manage our motor vehicle / Farm implements Workshop.
Up on approved good performance by the mentor, the candidate will be appointed into a permanent managerial Position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer literacy,
• Positive attitude with a burning desire to learn and grow
• B.Sc.in Mechanical Engineering
• Sound heath.
