Following its global expansion, GRM International is currently building a pool of experts to meet the demands of this growing profile. We are now seeking Gender Experts with experience in the sectors of Governance and Accountability, Security and Access to Justice, and Conflict and Stabilisation.
The Gender Experts will provide cross cutting advice, assistance, and/or services related to our projects. Specific terms of reference, duration and conditions will depend on the project.

Expertise
- Proven expertise in and experience of gender analysis and mainstreaming
- In-depth knowledge of the policy and governance context for gender issues in;
- Ability to provide capacity strengthening for gender analysis and action planning;
- High level communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills;
- University degree in social or gender studies, social or political sciences, or related field;
- Experience in conflict /post-conflict environments;
- Particular experience in access to justice for women and girls is an asset;
- Understanding of gender issues relating to traditional/customary justice and laws also welcome.
