HR MANAGER
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Huawei Tanzania Office.
Responsibilities
· Handle HR related work assigned for regional and HQ
· Recruitment and selection
· Performance management
· Training and development;
· Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
· Policy development and documentation;
· Employee relations
· Compensation and benefits administration
· Personnel management i.e. employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Requirements
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
· A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
· Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
· Better than average written and spoken communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
· Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
· Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
HR ASSISTANT
The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.
Responsibilities
· Assist in recruiting and selection logistics
· Assist in performance management and improvement tracking systems
· Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
· Assisting with employee relations
· Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
· Management of employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
· Maintaining employee files, leave records and the HR filing system
· Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Requirements
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
· Should have More than 3 years work experience in the same field, working for a multinational organization is an added advantage
· Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
· Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
· Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.
