Job Title : Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst
Requirements : Advanced university degree in business administration, international relations or telecommunications or a related field OR education in a reputed college of advanced education with a diploma of equivalent standard to that of an advanced university degree in one of the fields above. For internal candidates, a first university degree in one of the fields above in combination with fifteen years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree for promotion or rotation purpose
Job Description :Under
the direction of the Chief of Project Support and Knowledge Management,
BDT, the incumbent is responsible for four distinct activities, namely:
Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Countries in Special Need, Emergency
Telecommunications and Liaison with the ITU External Affairs and
Corporate Communication Division on related matters.
