Role Purpose
• Support and facilitate in the processes and procedures that leads to timely Customs clearance of equipment and inventories

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in VAT exemption processing, import license fees, so as to enable goods are cleared from Customs within the agreed leadtime
• Assist in the process of asset tracking and Quality Checks are timely done in the WHS receipts with User Departments
•Daily tracking of incoming inventory and make a follow up to ensure all assests in the warehouse are booked in the system.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual stock reports

Position Requirements
• Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, procurement, Tax or Engineering, and/or related fields
