Regional Sales Manager


Ensure achievement of sales objectives in this region and correct implementation of company strategy through effective  coordination of distribution and activations to achieving above target revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate direct sales team and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
-Coordinate and conduct training to the sales teams
-Actively seek innovative means to capturing new customers and retaining existing customers.
-Review, analyse and compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports within the region.
-Make periodic visits and ensure implementation of the company's sales strategy.
-Ensure stock points are effectively utilised as per purchase targets set.
-Monitor and audit dealer's sales activities.
Position Requirements

University degree, preferably in Management/ Business Administration/Marketing

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales ideally from a FMCG company.

Fluent English  fluent  is a required  and fluent Swahili is a distinctive advantage.



Ensure the Distribution of tiGO products through Indirect Channels
Key Responsibilities

•Recruit dealers and maintain the relationship
•Set and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for the dealers
•Train and monitor distribution team, dealers and freelancers
•Prepare reports to track performance of the team as per the KPIs
•Prepare distribution strategies and its execution.
•Conduct market visits to implement distribution strategies and track performance

Position Requirements

•University degree or equivalent, preferable Bachelor in business administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering Master's Degree is an added advantage
•4 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG
•Strong analytical and innovative skills
•Excellent leadership and distribution experince

NOC Engineer


To continuously monitor and report all network alarms regarding any malfunctioning in any of the nodes/ elements in real time.  This is to make sure network availability is maintained at 99.99%
Key Responsibilities

-Attend to all alarms by following procedures of fault handling. Escalate the problem to respective parties by following escalation procedures.

-Performing all data back up (APG, IOG, CDR, CP,etc).

-Monitoring of power status for all sites and reporting following escalation procedures.

-Checking all call scenarios for the top 20 international roaming partners and report any issue found.

-Checking operation of links which are interfaced with the switch, such as billing systems, other plmn/pstn

-operators, voice mail and pbx and escalate accordingly.

-Keeping records of all events occurred in the network at the time on duty, to respective logbooks.

Reporting Analyst


Prepares both internal and external financial reports, ensure accuracy as well as tracking the budget variance against the actuals.
Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate the Compilation of the Monthly Departmental KPI and ensuring they are filled in the HFM system

-Compile weekly and monthly subscriber and department reports.

-Prepare the Various management and Business decision support reports.

-Prepare other financial reports necessary for business decision support

-Liaise with all the departments to get their budget inputs during annual budget preparations

-Perform SOX controls assigned and any other duty assigned

Radio Planning & Optimization Manager


Ensures that radio network elements are properly managed and high quality of the service is produced and met other KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Radio Network Optimization
Define and review network optimization routines and radio engineering guidelines and its implementation through the operation team.

Radio Network Design
Review and define all radio design parameters as well as radio assumptions to carry out the nominal cell design, including BTS/antenna configurations and requirements, standard cell sites, appropriate design coverage levels and link budget documentations and necessary BSS features.

Organize TSS for new sites.
Deliver technical site survey report on time and ensuring the choice of the right site candidates from a radio standpoint.

HR and Training
To deliver a proper radio planning and Optimization organization and perform training on the job to the radio teams

Tools
Provide planning standard formats, flags and filters and relevant digital mapping data requirements and ensure that the Radio Planning tool and Network Statistics tool are updated at all times.

Position Requirements

-Bsc. in Telecommunication Engineering Msc. is an added advantage
-GSM, cellular technologies, project management, basic financial understanding, excellent tracking skills
-5 years experience in Radio Network Engineering
