Tigo Regional Sales Manager



Ensure achievement of sales objectives in this region and correct implementation of company strategy through effective  coordination of distribution and activations to achieving above target revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate direct sales team and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
-Coordinate and conduct training to the sales teams
-Actively seek innovative means to capturing new customers and retaining existing customers.
-Review, analyse and compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports within the region.
-Make periodic visits and ensure implementation of the company's sales strategy.
-Ensure stock points are effectively utilised as per purchase targets set.
-Monitor and audit dealer's sales activities.
Position Requirements

University degree, preferably in Management/ Business Administration/Marketing

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales ideally from a FMCG company.

Fluent English  fluent  is a required  and fluent Swahili is a distinctive advantage.
