Main duties
A: Opening New outlet
Procure comprehensive record of all potential outlets in designated territory. Visit outlets in a planned manner, prioritizing on the basis of potential business volume. Convert outlets to become good customers of the company
Other duties
- To service and merchandise existing outlets
- To maximize in all ways possible the thorough put of company products in all outlets within the designated territory
- To ensure that all potential outlets in the designated territory agree to sell company products
B: Servicing existing outlet
- Visit existing customers on a planned program agreed with the line manager
- Service and merchandise the outlets in accordance with company policies.
- Obtain order or cause order for company products to be made and forwarded to the company
- Ensure outlet has FIFO stock methodology
- Safeguard company merchandise assets and ensure an accurate record is returned to the company for all issues.
- Prepare and return such daily, weekly or monthly reports as are agreed with the line manager.
- Monitor and report competition activities timely.
Other duties
- Generate, grow and maintain profitable sales volume in assigned territory
- Manage an efficient route to market
- Implement the company's BTL strategy
- Market intelligence
- Relationship management with customers
Experience
- +2 years experience in the fast moving consumable goods (FMCG) industry.
Knowledge & Key Competencies
- Graduate or diploma in business related field
- Valid driving license
- High energy, results oriented, team player and well organized person
- Above three years experience in FMCG products
- Administration, planning and organizing
