• 2 LOCAL RECEPTION SPECIALISTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Female with good communication skills (written verbal English and Kiswahili,) computer literate , familiar with Facebook, office, WhatApp and twitter. Must be able to work in shifts. Previous sales experience will be advantageous.
• 1 PURCHASING OFFICER: honest, male between 25 and 40 ears of age, with minimum of college education and one year experience in related field, good driving skill, good skills of communication and negotiations. The purchaser should be familiar with building material market in and around Dar es salaam and the software such as word excel, PPT.
• 1 PLANNING OFFER: should have good communication skill in English with minimum of bachelor's degree in the major of planning and designing and 2 years' experience in related field. The planner should be familiar with the relevant procedure and laws in Tanzania.
