The Role:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic development professional to be based in Tabora. Responsible for successful implementation of all the field activities as per the project work plans and coordinating with the field officers.
Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a bachelor's level degree in Agriculture, Economics or Business Management. You'll have at least five years' experience in implementing and managing rural development projects including the management of action plans, budgets, reporting, monitoring and evaluation and trouble shooting. You'll have experience of working with farmer groups and developing their capacity to effectively represent their members. You'll have strong language and numeracy skills, including excellent written report writing and proven understanding of financial management. You'll have Project management skills, with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and will have excellent communication skills both oral and written, and fluent in English and Swahili.
