seeks a consultant with expertise in organizational development focused
on finance and administration systems. The consultancy will include
facilitating an organizational capacity assessment with the partner
organization and providing technical assistance in response to
identified needs.
The consultant should have:
- experience working with NGOs to strengthen finance, administrative, and management processes and systems
- post-graduate qualifications such as an MBA or MPH
- additional experience in organizational governance, management and human resources management is desired.
