As Country Representative in Tanzania you will support the Senior Management Team at country level to build an effective team and help deliver our strategy. This will involve engaging with high level decision-makers to raise awareness of the water and sanitation crisis and promote WaterAid's work.
You will need exceptional communication skills and fundraising experience to influence government and donors. You will also require excellent people-management skills in order to lead, manage and motivate your team. Knowledge of the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector (or a related sector such as health, environment or food security) and experience of the Tanzanian social and political context is also key.
