DIRECT HIRE & SALARY NEGIOTIABLE....Description of the Job Plans, co-ordinates and supervises the inspection activities necessary to monitor the condition of all offshore plant, equipment, structures and facilities installed above sea level, to ensure all plant and equipment is maintained in good working order. Provides back-up, technical support and advice to offshore team leaders on the condition of the equipment, to ensure engineering integrity and adequate and safe operating conditions are met. Manages NDT contractors and Third Party certifying authorities caring out crane lifting tackles inspections and contractors performing other integrity related activities. Principal Accountabilities: .Carries out studies on inspection operations to determine their efficiency and cost effectiveness. Investigates state of art of inspection methods/system, evaluates same and makes recommendations for the improvement of company system where relevant. Carries out inspection on all production, auxiliary plant, including but not limited to pressurized equipment, cranes and lifting equipment and structures to ensure engineering integrity and that all plant equipment is maintained in good working order. .Devises scope and procedures of inspection to investigate major failure/deterioration of equipment caused by operating conditions or by accidental factors. Such procedures involve to use of sophisticated devices e.g. Ultrasonic, radiography, flaw detection, hardness survey, magnetic particle inspection, bore scope etc. . . .Writes scope of inspection requirements for major overhauls of offshore plants eg.GG2,Gas injection plant, etc. .Participate on approval package for new construction/modifications in order to ensure compliance with accepted standards and to avoid recurrence of problem experienced on existing plants. .Plans and progresses workload of assigned personnel and the follow up of the progress achieved. .Checks and improves inspection Contractors services. .Give technical advice, answers, technical queries and conducts technical audits related to the adequate and safe operations of ADMA-OPCO offshore facilities, as deemed necessary. .Participates in frequent and regular reviews by the projects undertaken by the 'Engineering & Project Team' .Taken an active part in the implementation of the Zakum inspection integrity schemes, co-ordinates all site activities. .Liaises with ID for QA/QC services, material engineering, failure analysis, fitness for service (FFS) EVALUATIO, RBI, welding expertise, coating solutions, corrosion control, sub-sea integrity etc. . . .Prepares the section annual services activities capital and revenue budget. Monitors and controls expenditure and justify variances. Endorses contractors/suppliers bills and invoices.

 
Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile Experience requirements
6-7 experience in the Oil & Petrochemical Industry covering all aspects of inspection, corrosion and mechanical engineering, of which at least 3 years should be in a senior supervisor capacity. .Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
