Our client a large well established public sector institution in the transport industry wishes to fill immediately two senior positions in its Directorate of Finance
The senior tax officer is responsible for:
• Monitoring tax calculations and reservations
• Developing a framework for tax administration and planning in the organization
• Tax accounting
• Advising the management on taxation issues
• Maintaining typing records
• Overseeing tax remittances and handling internal and external audit queries and disputes related to tax
Qualification:
Advanced Diploma in tax administration or a degree in accounting/finance plus three years of relevant working experience
A post graduate qualification in accounting will be an added advantage
