POSITION: Sales Manager DAR & ZNZ
REPORTING TO: National Sales Manager
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
Role Purpose Statement: Achieve the Precision Air’s Sales and Marketing Objectives in the assigned territory.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
·To achieve, organize, control and monitor passenger sales targets and marketing goals of the company in the assigned territory.
·To monitor operations and administration of sales in line with company procedures and policies
·To assist in the development of value-added products for implementation in the local market in order to further optimize and enhance revenue.
· To control, guide and monitor the day-to-day activities of all field sales staff (sales executives) to ensure satisfactory performance levels and smooth flow of business.
·To ensure that the Companies products and promotional plans are understood and implemented to give the greatest impact in the market.
·To prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and constant monitoring of market trends and competitor activities in order to ensure that Management is kept informed of market conditions and activities.
·To review the fortnightly and monthly sales of travel agents in the assigned territory to ensure that business potential is being maximized and take suitable remedial actions.
·To liaise with marketing and Revenue Management divisions and other passenger service related departments of Precision Air to ensure well integrated sales effort
·Participate in PW’s development and management of passenger revenue & expenditure budget for the assigned territory.
Assess and propose appropriate incentive schemes to TA, Corporate travel, and Govt so as to enhance productivity, efficiency and maximisation of revenue.

University Graduate or 5 years experience sales and marketing management position.
