Cleaning Technician/Cleaner
Report to: CLEANING TECHNICIAN
Requirements: working experience in a related field, presentable personality, Age 20 – 35 y.o., languages: English, Swahili, organizational skills,hardworking, career oriented.
Responsible for daily cleaning operations of the company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
You must: have proof of right to work in Tanzania
have a Tanzanian bank account in your own name
be able to converse in English
have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the office Daily
Wipe and polish the office or residential premises
Vacuum all carpets and upholstery
Dust and polish all chairs, tables and all shelves
Polish all brass, disinfect door handles
Dust picture frames and clean the picture glass Polish furniture
Clean all internal glass
Sweep and wash/mop any floor tiles, marble and all other floor types
Dust all other fixtures and fittings, including skirting, radiators, pipes, fire extinguishers and any other surfaces within reach
Operate cleaning machinery and equipment Weekly
Wet-wipe all skirting boards
Dust all lamp shades and bulbs
Dust all ceiling and wall extraction fans and wipe the area around grills
Wet-wipe and polish all high-level shelves, bric-a-brac and books
Wet-wipe window ledges

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office
