QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER - Quality Chemical Industries Ltd (QCIL), Uganda

Quality Chemical Industries Ltd (QCIL) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, producing anti-retroviral and anti­malarial drugs at Luzira Industrial Park in Uganda. The project is a joint venture between Quality Chemicals Ltd-a local drug distribution company and CIPLA Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer from India. QCIL is looking for professionally confident, self-motivated, and committed team players to reinforce their capacity by filling the following vacant positions. QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (2) Reports to the Quality Control Manager Job responsibilities include: Testing of raw materials and finished goods Handling of sophisticated QC instruments like HPLC, GC,FTIR,UV spectrophotometer etc  Conducting product analyses, and analyses of stability studies Recording and maintaining all documentation relating to the quality control work for each product batch.

Requirement: Should be a holder of a bachelor's degree in Science Technology, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry, with a minimum of two (02) years' demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing set up.
