Be Enlightened.....The Acts Of God

Scripture Reference: Psalm 74:9 KJV/NKJV ( 9 We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.)

The God that we worship and serve, He is the God of signs and wonders. God speaks and works through signs and wonders. What are signs and wonders? In this short article today, we shall look answers to this question. Let us start with signs and then we shall obtain the answer to wonders. Signs are miraculous acts that God do to prove his word and sound ministers of the gospel. Wonders are amazing things (deeds) that God does to reveal His godly nature (divine name and character). In the Bible days, God did signs and wonders to introduce Himself to people and cause people to turn to Him from their evil and know His goodness. God is the speaking and working God, in the life of his people.

In the Bible days, like days of Moses and Elijah; prophets of God (set ones and key voices) spoke the word of the Lord in the name of the Lord being inspired by the Spirit of the Lord (the Holy Spirit). Prophets like Moses and Elijah were strong men of God in speech and deed. And so it is, in the New Testament: Peter and Paul were strong apostles (sent ones and key vessels) who spoke the gospel of God with signs and wonders (Acts 5:12 and Acts 15:12). Even the Lord Jesus Christ was strong in signs and wonders. His apostolic and prophetic work was so strong in signs and wonders which God did, for God was with Him in land of Israel (Acts 2:22). Why does signs and wonders happen? Signs and wonders take place because God still speak and work nowadays and wants you take hold of signs and wonders in the now generation (Acts 13:36).
