Vacancy: Finance and Administrative Manager.
Norwegian Church Aid is a voluntary, ecumenical organization that works to promote the basic rights of human beings. We are seeking to recruit Finance and Administration Manager for our office in Tanzania. Candidate for this management position must have relevant financial and management experience and will be answerable to the Country Representative.
Responsibilities:
-As Finance and Administration Manager you will be responsible for sound financial and administrative management and planning of NCAs work in Tanzania.
- You will manage the Administration and Finance Department. The department is responsible for finance, personnel administration, and support services, incl. logistics and office management.
- You will ensure coherence with our financial and administrative procedures as well as with Tanzanian legislation.
-Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient controlling mechanisms.
Qualifications, skills and attributes
Qualifications, skills and attributes
- Must be holder of (CPA-T), ACCA, CFA or CIMA
- Must be registered with National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
- Experience of at least five years in proven financial management.
- Strong accounting skills and experienced with WEB based finance and accounting systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English writing skills
Our conditions
Availability: Start up August 2012
Duty station: Dar es Salaam
Contract: Twelve months with possibility of extension. Salary and other conditions according to NCA Tanzania standard regulations.
