Must be a registered Member of Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board �Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in the related field �Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Kiswahili and must be Computer Literate. �Candidate must be knowledgeable in Commodity Management as well as new Purchasing practices and procedures �Candidate must possess leadership qualities, negotiating skills, as well as decision making skills �Will assist Technical Manager in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management �Candidates with experience in the SISAL or AGRICULTURAL ESTATE are preferred. Job Description :Responsible for the procurement of commodities through the development and implementation of commodity strategies plans and the management of supplier relationship. Other areas of responsibility include price negotiation, planning, production, inventory control, and quality control. �Responsible for user departments� requirements in all three Estates and establishing clear communication and feedback systems with suppliers.
