Job Title : National Project Coordinator (NPC) Source : UNDP Requirements : � A Masters Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields with experience in Project Management. At least 5 years working experience on HIV/AIDS and/or development projects in the Southern African Region. Preferably exposure to working with externally-financed donor projects linked to policing or social crime prevention. Fluency in English and Kiswahili, with proven/strong writing skills. Proficiency in word-processing, advanced MS-Excel and database (MS-Access) highly required Job Description :� Support the International Programme Coordinator (IPC) to ensure that project activities in Tanzania are carried out in a timely manner, monitor all aspects of project implementation and identify challenges and propose corrective actions, coordinate with relevant stakeholders nationally and regionally to ensure project objectives are attained, undertake regular missions to project activity sites, prepare all reports and correspondences relating to progress in implementation, participate fully in the country level UN joint team on HIV/AIDS and other AIDS related initiatives.
