DFID Tanzania is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to fill in the post of Programme Officer. The Programme Officer post offers an excellent opportunity to work on DFID Tanzania's expanding portfolio of governance programming. In particular, DFID will be consolidating and expanding our work with civil society, developing a new programme in empowerment and rights, and contributing to the deepening democracy agenda with a substantial new programme supporting Tanzania 's emerging democracy and building towards crucial national elections in 2015.
