* A young lady below 30 years of age
* She has finished her degree program within one or two years from now on the above mentioned fields
* It is added advantage if she will have a relevant knowledge in some of the development tools like MySQl, PHP, Postgresql, JAVA together with ability to use MS Windows packages and Linux operating systems (Specifically UBUNTU)
* Has strong Command in English and Swahili
* Ability to interact (communication skills) with people of different personalities like government officials, academician and donor representatives
* Quick learner, little and ability to work under pressure
Also, she should be ready to work on the following;
* Installation and Implementation of Information system on istes
* To conduct operational trainings to users of the information system
* To conduct supportive supervision visits so as to enforce system usage
* To write different technical reports as per assigned activities
* To spend more than 50% of her time for traveling (all districts in Tanzania Mainland) for field activities
* To participate and present in different workshops, conferences and technical discussion fora
Additionally,
* Should be able to work with a team of university academicians (open mind with critical thinking)
* Should be ready to work under a renewable contract of six months based on performance
