Main Responsibilities
To oversee the commerce department which comprises all Microfinance loans products and SMEs as well as corporate and trade finance, through strategic planning; enforcing procedures and internal controls with the view to meet the bank's business performance goals. He/she will provide both strategic overview and operational support to the bank.
Qualifications Degree level
Requirements
Degree in Commerce, economics, business administration or finance
Strong skills in use of banking systems as well as spreadsheets
Business related risk mitigation skills
Customer service orientation and excellent negotiation skills and sales techniques
Stron comprehension of qualitative analysis, statistics and data analysis.
IT Skills Excel
Experience
minimum of 5 years experience working in micro-financing and SMEs
A minimim of 4 years in banking operations/ or commerce
A proven leader and manager in a banking business environment
