Description: To head Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control / Regulatory departments.
To be based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania
- Collate site SOPs.
- Provide review support & implementation of Corporate guidance's in site practices.
- Ensure site compliance status through corporate audits.
- Initiate innovative tools & make site visits to ensure achieving the best practices.
- Design and implement quality systems as per the requirement Food & Drug Authority.
- Review and upgrade such systems to ensure if effective usage at all time and prepare people for qualification of the audit requirements of various approving bodies.
- Aged between 40 – 45 years with the following qualifications and skills:
- University Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Assertive, Tactful & Diplomatic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- No less than 15 - 20 years proven managerial experience in a busy pharma environment.
- Must be fully conversant with Validations, Documentation and Audits
- An Active Listener
- Proficient in IT
