RECRUITMENT OFFICERS
ROLES:
i. Searching for prospect candidates to join the college
ii. Advice students about courses offered, admission procedure, eligibility, accommodations and tuition fees (costs involved)
iii. Develop innovative communication strategies and recruitment strategies to attract and enroll more students
iv. To provide assistance to students to complete the enrolment/application forms
v. To submit students report for management whenever required, so it is advised to maintain database of students information including telephone, emails, name etc.
vi. To establish self-initiative recruitment plans and implement eg. School visits, school fairs, in-house visits, social media, word of mouth, Networks etc.
QUALIFICATIONs:
Self-starter, responsibilities taker and hard worker
Minimum Applicants must be Form Four leavers or Secondary continuing students or above
Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills i.e. communicate both in English and Swahili
REMUNERATION:
The attractive package basing on contractual commission will be provided.
